PRODUCT DETAILS

Xylo-oligosaccharide (XOS) is a mixture of x2-x7 oligosaccharides extracted from natural corncobs. It possesses low sweetness (40%-50% of sucrose), excellent taste blendability, high stability as well as acid and heat resistance.
Syrup: Usually type 70L, with the xylo - oligosaccharide content between 70% - 75%. It is a light yellow viscous liquid, with fluidity similar to honey, and its sweetness is about 40% that of sucrose.
