PRODUCT DETAILS

Polydextrose is a soluble dietary fiber and prebiotic with over 90% fiber content and only 1 kcal/g. It dissolves easily in water, mimics sucrose's texture, and effectively replaces sugars and fats while improving mouthfeel.
Available in powder, granule, and liquid forms, it supports low glycemic response, satiety, weight management, and digestive tolerance. Ideal for food, beverages, health products, and pharmaceuticals, it enables “high dietary fiber” claims and offers a cost advantage over similar ingredients.
