PRODUCT DETAILS

Soy Protein Isolate is a highly purified protein derived from defatted soybeans, containing at least 90% protein on a moisture-free basis. It acts as a complete protein, providing all essential amino acids. SPI exhibits strong emulsification, water/oil binding (absorbing up to ~14× its weight in water and ~154% in oil), gelation, and foaming abilities. It is used in meat analogs, nutrition bars, dairy alternatives, beverages and other products. The neutral flavor profile and high functional versatility make it suitable across many product types.
